According to Italian outlet Tuttomercatoweb, Arsenal are currently scouting AC Milan attacker Suso.

What’s the story?

The Gunners have apparently sent officials to watch the Milan man, meaning that a summer swoop from the north London club could be on the cards.

The 25-year-old winger has been in fine form this season, regularly impressing with his work rate and creativity at the San Siro. According to Transfermarkt’s stats, the wide man has racked up five goals and eight assists in 22 Serie A outings so far this season. The same site also afford the Spaniard an estimated evaluation of £45 million.

Such a figure could easily put Suso out of Arsenal’s reach, especially if reports that Unai Emery will only have £40 million to spend in the upcoming transfer window are to be believed. 

Better options out there

Even if Arsenal were able to stump up the cash and acquire Suso’s services for a fair price, signing the attacking midfielder would still represent a significant gamble. While he has played Premier League football before, spending three years on the books at Liverpool between 2012 and 2015, he was a huge flop at Anfield and never managed to impress in English football.

Suso has certainly improved as a player since then, and the north London outfit are right to be targeting a new winger, but it could simply be that the 4-cap Spain international isn’t cut out for the Premier League. In any case, there are surely better options on the market for Arsenal to bring to the Emirates Stadium than the 25-year-old.

ومن جانبه أوضح وزير الشباب والرياضة أشرف صبحي ان الدعم المقدم من وزارة الشباب والرياضة يأتي في إطار المساهمة في رفع العبء عن كاهل الأندية الرياضية ومراكز الشباب التي تقوم الوزارة بدعمها في مختلف محافظات الجمهورية.

وتقام مباراة الزمالك ضد أسوان على أرضية استاد القاهرة الدولي في إطار منافسات الجولة 28 بالدوري.

ويقود يحيى الزمالك في أولى مبارياته مع الفريق بعد رحيل الفرنسي باتريس كارتيرون الذي اعتذر عن استكمال مهامه وتعاقد مع نادي التعاون السعودي.

Everton midfielder Tom Davies has revealed in an interview with evertonfc.com that teammate Andre Gomes, who ousted him from the team following his return to fitness in October, has played a big role in his rejuvenation in recent weeks.

What’s the word, then?

Well, despite captaining the Toffees on occasions earlier in the season, the 20-year-old was an unused substitute in eight successive Premier League matches between October and December, and after appearing in three games over the festive period the same thing happened again – this time for four fixtures.

However, manager Marco Silva brought him back into the starting XI for the 1-0 win against Huddersfield Town at the John Smith’s Stadium last month, and he hasn’t looked back since playing every minute of their previous four top-flight encounters, captaining the Merseyside outfit in the latter two against Manchester City and Watford.

Speaking to evertonfc.com, Davies has praised Gomes for his influence: “Andre is a quality player, I had him behind me when I came back into the side at Huddersfield and he looked to get the ball to me all the time.

“It is good to have him in the team and it is the same with Gylfi.

“They are both very good on the ball and excellent technically and I am looking to learn from them to improve my own game.”

Can Davies finally push on now?

He certainly can.

The youngster should take immense confidence from the fact that he looks to have shoe-horned his way into Silva’s plans and become one of the first names on the team-sheet, and now he needs to show the consistency that has been missing from his game previously.

With little left to play for except for securing a seventh-place finish come what May, the 20-year-old has the perfect opportunity to prove to his Portuguese manager that he is ready to be a mainstay in the XI for the rest of the current campaign and beyond.

According to TEAMtalk, Tottenham Hotspur are prepared to offer Premier League strugglers Fulham £20 million to sign Ryan and Steven Sessegnon in the upcoming summer transfer window.

What’s the story?

Ryan Sessegnon has been in and out of the Cottagers’ starting XI this season. Last year, in the west London club’s promotion campaign from the Championship, the 18-year-old was an integral part of the side, scoring fifteen goals and racking up six assists over the course of the league season.

The left-sided starlet has failed to truly find his feet in the top flight so far though. However, his efforts to acclimatise to the Premier League have been hampered by Fulham’s wider issues on and off the pitch – which has led them to the their current position in the relegation zone.

Sessegnon’s twin brother, Steven, is also on the books at Craven Cottage. The right-back is highly-rated by the club’s academy staff, but is yet to make his Premier League bow.

A double steal

Whilst Ryan Sessegnon has struggled to really shine this season, the England under-21 international remains a hugely exciting talent. He certainly belongs at the top level, and should Fulham get relegated this season then there ought to be plenty of Premier League clubs interested in his services. 

Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino has already demonstrated his ability to aid the development of young English talent with Dele Alli and Harry Winks. Ryan Sessegnon could be the next man on the conveyor belt.

What’s more, the Fulham ace could also prove to be the answer to Spurs’ left-back woes. Ben Davies lacks attacking quality whilst Danny Rose is inconsistent and injury prone. If Sessegnon were able to mature defensively then he could become a key weapon in Pochettino’s arsenal.

His brother is also a talent and worth a punt, especially if he helps Ryan settle in north London. All in all, £20 million for the pair would have to be considered an absolute steal.

تابع: “باتشيكو تابع فريق الرجاء المغربي بشكل جيد خلال فترة التفاوض استعدادًا لقيادة الزمالك”.

وواصل: “باتشيكو لم يهرب من الزمالك، بل الظروف والصدام مع مرتضى منصور كان سببًا في رحيله وأي مدرب بدلا منه كان سيرحل، كارتيرون لا يتساوى معه، الأول هرب في ظروف جيدة، ولكن الثاني الظروف أجبرته على الرحيل”.

وعن الأنباء المترددة بشأن رحيل السويسري رينيه فايلر، المدير الفني للأهلي، قال: “القلق من رحيل فايلر ليس بسبب عبقريته، الأهلاوية والمسئولين في الأهلي قلقين بسبب التوقيت الذي سيهز استقرار أي فريق حتى لو سيتم التعاقد مع مورينيو، التوقيت مصدر قلق للخطيب وجماهير الأهلي”.

استكمل: “غدًا الخطيب سيعقد اجتماع مع فايلر وسيعطيه خيارين، الأول إلغاء البند الذي يسمح له بفسخ عقده مع الأهلي بداية من 1 اكتوبر، وإذا فاز بدوري أبطال إفريقيا يتم تجديد عقده تلقائيا”.

اختتم: “أما الخيار الثاني أن الأهلي يعلن رحيل فايلر إذا لم يوافق على إلغاء البند الذي يسمح له بالرحيل”.

Alexis Sanchez

You would imagine Alexis Sanchez would be one of the first out of the door providing his current club find someone to meet his ridiculous £600,000-a-week wages (as per: Telegraph).

The Chilean failed to find the form shown at ex-club Arsenal in his first season at Manchester United and has since seen the worst attributes of his game perpetuated. His confidence in front of goal has withered away; there is no creative flair, no dynamic runs, no exciting runs. Nothing.

Everyone knows how quality he is, but things just have not worked out.

Time to move on.

Brazilian Fred has only been at the club for one season but what a disaster it has been.

It cost the Red Devils a reported £52m to acquire his services from Ukrainian side Shakhtar Donetsk, which for most is about £45m too much (as per: Independent).

There is not much to be said about his time at Old Trafford but relatively little has happened. Which is exactly why he finds himself on this list.

We are sure Manchester United fans would just at the opportunity to swap him for Isco.

وعن سوء الفهم بينه وبين إدارة ناديه، أستطرد: “لن أتحدث عن سوء الفهم، كانت هناك مقارنات ووجهات نظر أحيانًا مختلفة، لكنني أعتقد أنه في جميع العائلات الجيدة، يجب على الجميع تقديم أسبابهم، سواء كانت صحيحة أو خاطئة”.

Manchester City continued their fine run of form to stay on top of the Premier League table this weekend with a fine 3-1 win over Watford.

Pep Guardiola’s men were comfortable in their performance against the Hornets, and a hat-trick from England man Raheem Sterling proved enough to see off Javi Gracia’s men at the Etihad.

It was though the showing and finishing from Sterling which caught the eye the most, and it’s becoming more and more likelty that the flying former Liverpool man might well be the man to win the coveted player of the year award come the end of the season.

While there has been some fine performances from individuals up and down the league this term, it cannot be denied that the impact Sterling is having on this Man City team is massive.

He’s a player who has clearly listened to his manager over the years, showing a maturity and intelligence to his game which we haven’t seen before.

If Sterling can continue his excellent goalscoring form and keep smashing in the goals, then we could well see the England man pick up the individual honours to supplement the team success he is having at City.

It would cap a remarkable rise for Sterling, who often struggled during his first year or two with the Manchester club, and based on this season’s showings, would be a richly deserved reward too.
