أفادت تقارير صحفية بلجيكية، أن السويسري رينيه فايلر المدير الفني السابق للنادي الأهلي، يقترب من العودة إلى التدريب، بعد الرحيل عن بطل الدوري المصري.

رينيه فايلر تولى قيادة الأهلي في أغسطس 2019، قبل الرحيل في أكتوبر من العام الجاري 2020، وحقق بطولتي السوبر المصري 2019 والدوري لموسم 2019/2020، قبل نهايته بـ7 جولات.

موقع “voetbalkran” البلجيكي، أكد أن رينيه فايلر في مفاوضات الآن مع نادي جينك، ويتواجد ضمن 5 مدربين مرشحين لخلافة الدنماركي، جيس ثورب، مدرب الفريق.

وأشارت التقارير، إلى أن ترشيح فايلر يأتي بسبب خبرته في الدوري البلجيكي من قبل، حيث تولى قيادة أندرلخت لمدة عامين، وحقق بطولتي الدوري والسوبر المحلي.

وأبرزت التقارير، سبب رحيل فايلر عن الأهلي، بسبب مشاكل أسرية، حيث كان يرغب المدرب السويسري التواجد بجانب عائلته، وهو الأمر الذي رفضته إدارة النادي المصري، خاصة وأن عائلة رينيه رفضت التواجد والإقامة في القاهرة.

جينك يعاني هذا الموسم في الدوري البلجيكي، ويحتل المركز السابع برصيد 19 نقطة من 11 مباراة.

When it’s come to goals this season at Aston Villa, it’s been all about Tammy Abraham, with the Chelsea loanee bagging 25 in the Championship.

Therefore, Villa fans will have understandably been concerned when the striker was ruled out of their clash with Millwall on Easter Monday with a shoulder injury.

It’s a problem that looks as though it’ll keep him out of Villa’s clash with Leeds this coming weekend too.

However, stepping up to the plate when it mattered most was Jonathan Kodjia who sealed a record-breaking tenth win in a row for Villa and their place in the play-offs.

On the chalkboard

Kodjia showed on Monday that there is more to Villa than Abraham and that if the 21-year-old doesn’t return next season, he is more than capable of replacing him.

The Ivorian has struggled for consistency and fitness since scoring 19 for the club during the 2016/17 season. He now well and truly looks back to his best.

He came off the bench to score a vital penalty against Rotherham earlier in the month and he was on hand again this week to seal another huge win for the club, scoring his eighth goal of the campaign.

When Dean Smith needed a man, Kodjia was there and scored a lovely instinctive finish after making a clever run to the near post – that sort of darting run and confident finish is all the evidence you need that he is back at 100 per cent.

There was more to his game than that though and playing as the lone striker, rather than as a pair when he’d lined up alongside Abraham against Rotherham, he was terrific at bringing the rest of his team into the game.

He completed the game with a pass success of 93 per cent, keeping things simple when it needed to be whilst also winning one aerial duel and completing two dribbles.

It showed the dynamic nature of the forward and proves that he can still have a huge say in Villa’s promotion efforts.

Abraham will likely slot straight back in once he’s fit again, but with the pair of them in attack Smith’s side can find even greater potency.

Tottenham Hotspur fans are desperate for Harry Winks, valued at £18 million by Transfermarkt, to return to the team.

Spurs lost 1-0 to Ajax in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final on Tuesday evening.

The Dutch side dominated proceedings in the first half, repeatedly carving Spurs open with incisive movements, quick passing and one dazzling finish from Donny van de Beek that ultimately decided the game.

Mauricio Pochettino set his side up to begin the game in a 3-5-2 formation, due to the absences of Winks, Harry Kane and the suspended Son Heung-Min, but was forced to revert to a back four after Jan Vertonghen sustained a nasty-looking head injury, leading to the introduction of Moussa Sissoko.

The France international restored some order for Spurs and allowed them to gain a foothold in the game, though they were unable to break down a stubborn Ajax defence led by the imposing figure of Matthijs de Ligt.

Following the game, fans were left pining for the calming influence of Winks, who has recently undergone groin surgery, in central midfield, with the England international offering perhaps the perfect skillset to counteract Ajax’s slick build-up play. Indeed, some are even hopeful that he could be involved in Amsterdam next week.

This week The Daily Mail claimed that Leicester may make a £15m move for Hull’s Jarrod Bowen.

The winger has been in exceptional form in the Championship this season so it’s no surprise to see him being linked with a Premier League club.

Responding to the claims on Twitter, Leicester supporters appeared to be buzzing with the news, sharing their opinions on a potential transfer for the 22-year-old.

One fan responded by saying they’d be very happy with Bowen, whilst another claimed they were begging.

Much of the reaction was centred around current Foxes man Demarai Gray. A certain supporter urged the club to give Hull the £15m plus the Leicester winger, whilst a further member of the King Power faithful simply declared that he was much better than the former Birmingham ace.

Bowen has been phenomenal in front of goal throughout 2018/19, finding the back of the net on 22 occasions. All but one of his strikes have come from the wing this season which makes his return even more incredible.

To add to that, Bowen has claimed four assists this term.

With Harvey Barnes on the left and the current Hull star possibly signing to play on the opposite side, Leicester’s attack would have plenty of potential in the future.

قرر رجل الأعمال الإنجليزي جريج كلارك، رئيس الاتحاد الإنجليزي لكرة القدم، الاستقالة من منصبه، قبل قليل، بعدما أدلى بتصريحات وصُفت بالعنصرية.

وبعد اجتماع طارئ لمجلس إدارة الاتحاد الإنجليزي، أُعلن أن كلارك سيترك المنصب الذي شغله منذ عام 2017 على الفور.

كلارك تم استدعاؤه في البرلمان، وخلال حديثه وصف اللاعبين غير البيض بـ”الملونين”.

وأضاف: “لقد بلور هذا عزمي على المضي قدمًا. أشعر بحزن عميق لأنني أسأت إلى تلك المجتمعات المتنوعة في كرة القدم”.

ومن جانبه ذكر اتحاد الكرة الإنجليزي، في بيان له، أنّ المحامي بيتر ماكورميك، هو من سيتولى منصب رئيس الاتحاد بشكل مؤقت، على أنّ يتم تحديد وتعيين رئيس جديد في وقتٍ لاحق.

Tottenham Hotspur are exploring the possibility of re-signing former star Gareth Bale from Real Madrid this summer, according to Football Insider.

What’s the word?

Bale has continually been linked with a fairytale return to north London after leaving the club in 2013, in a then-world record £85million deal.

He is reported to earn £350,000-per-week in Madrid, however, and any transfer fee would surely break the £42m record that Spurs set when they acquired Davinson Sanchez from Ajax.

Football Insider, then, report that chairman Daniel Levy will only do a deal for Bale, who is valued at £63m by Transfermarkt, if Real are willing to discuss terms relating to a reduced fee, while the Wales international would also have to take a significant pay cut.

The Spanish club are said to be interested in signing Christian Eriksen this summer and one possibility listed is a part-exchange deal, though Levy is said to value the Dane at triple Bale’s worth.

A loan deal is another option, with the 29-year-old seemingly set to depart the Santiago Bernabeu; he has won four Champions League titles in the Spanish capital but has been repeatedly jeered by his own fans in recent months.

Is a pipe dream becoming reality?

If Real are desperate enough, we could see another Levy masterclass.

It seems likely that Bale is on his way out but Manchester United have long been touted as the likeliest suitor. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side have missed out on the Champions League this season, though, and it remains to be seen if they will have any chance of convincing Bale to make the move to Old Trafford.

Instead, Spurs could become Real’s unlikely saviours.

A loan deal would work for everyone; Spurs lure back a previous hero, add some genuine stardust to a team that has reached the Champions League final and rake in the merchandising income; Real remove the albatross from around their neck and are able to reinvest at least a portion of his gargantuan wages.

It may have to wait until deadline day – Real would surely prefer to hold out for a fee for as long as possible – but what a deal it would be.

أفادت تقارير صحفية إيطالية أن يوفنتوس يخطط لعقد صفقة تبادلية مع نابولي، في يناير المقبل، للتعاقد مع أركاديوس ميليك المهاجم البولندي.

ميليك في الصيف المقبل سيكون متاحًا للانتقال إلى أي فريق بدون مقابل، ويريد الرحيل في يناير بعدما تم تجميده من قبل نابولي، بعد رفضه التجديد.

ميليك يريد اللعب، من أجل أن يكون ضمن قائمة بولندا في بطولة يورو 2020، والتي ستلعب في يونيو 2021.

صحيفة “توتو سبورت” الإيطالية، أفادت بأن ميليك لا يزال ينتظر يوفنتوس، رغم أن البيانكونيري فضل التعاقد مع موراتا بدلًا منه في الصيف.

بينما صحيفة “كالشيو ميركاتو” الإيطالية، أكدت بأن يوفنتوس ليس لديه مانع في التعاقد مع اللاعب البولندي، ويأمل في إقناع نابولي بصفقة تبادلية خلال ميركاتو الشتاء، يناير 2021.

بيرنارديسكي لاعب يوفنتوس سيكون هو الحل، ويريد البيانكونيري التخلص منه في أسرع وقت، في ظل تراجع مستواه الفترة الماضية.

With Kemar Roofe out injured Marcelo Bielsa will have to call upon an out of form Patrick Bamford in the playoff semi-final second leg, and potentially the final.

With the former Middlesbrough man being out of sorts for the past few weeks Bielsa will have to use some man management (man-management) skills to get him firing again.

On the chalkboard

Whereas some players need a shot in the arm to improve their performances, it seems that Bamford needs more of an arm around the shoulder.

The striker’s form throughout his career suggests that he is a player who thrives on confidence and his recent run in the league won’t have helped him.

He was suspended for a dive against Aston Villa which saw him recieve backlash from fans all over the country, and on top of that he has been a detriment to his side on the pitch in his last two appearances.

Bamford may be feeling low and pressurised as he is forced to take Roofe’s place on Wednesday, and Bielsa needs to instil confidence back into Bamford to get him firing on all cylinders.

Bamford’s confidence

When he is feeling up to it and happy on the pitch, there may be no better striker in the Championship than Bamford. He won the Championship Player of the Year award for his 2014/15 campaign but he seemingly can’t recapture that form consistently.

When he hits top gear he can blow away any side in the division, as shown by his run of eight goals in five games last season, which included a hat trick against Leeds.

Bamford’s only setbacks appear to be in his own head and when he isn’t feeling confident he can become a nightmare for his teammates, (full stop, hyphen or connecting word) he has a tendency to hesitate on the ball and fails to choose the right moment to get a shot away.

Bielsa must reassure Bamford of his abilities heading into Wednesday’s game and make sure he is in the right mindset to fire Leeds to Wembley.
