ونشر كاف عبر حسابه الرسمي علي موقع التواصل الاجتماعي “تويتر”: “لاعب خط وسط الشياطين الحمر أليو ديانج هو لاعب الأسبوع وأفضل لاعب في مباريات الذهاب لدور الـ 8”.

وأضاف: “ديانج حقق أداء مذهلاً ضد ماميلودي صن داونز”.

ومن المقرر أن تقام مباريات الإياب لدور الـ 8 يوم السبت المقبل.

يذكر أن كاف اختار ديانج ومحمد الشناوي ضمن التشكيل الأفضل في مباريات ذهاب دور ربع نهائي دوري أبطال إفريقيا.

Leeds United have a Yorkshire derby to look forward to this weekend as they prepare to face Huddersfield Town on Saturday.

On paper, this should be a routine win for the Whites as they face the Terriers who have failed to win any of their previous four games as they sit 19th in the division.

However, that doesn’t mean that Huddersfield aren’t a threat as they have one of the division’s deadliest strikers amidst their ranks, and with Leeds having to play a slightly weakened side due to Kalvin Phillips’ suspension they may struggle to deal with the threat he poses.

Huddersfield’s talisman

If Danny Cowley’s side are going to take any points off Leeds this weekend then they’ll be looking towards Karlan Grant to carry them over the line.

The striker is fourth in the scoring charts in the Championship this term, and he’s been a shining beacon of hope in what has been a miserable season for the former Premier League side.

Normally, you would say that Leeds’ defence will have things under control as they’ve conceded just 11 goals in 19 league games this term, but a suspension to Kalvin Phillips may mean that Gaetano Berardi has to start, and Grant may be able to take full advantage of that.

Key battle.

The WhoScored stats show that this will be an interesting battle.

As you can see, Grant is absolutely clinical as he’s scored 11 goals this term despite only averaging 2.2 shots per game.

Berardi will have to make sure he doesn’t allow him a sight at goal, and with just 0.5 blocks a game from the Swiss defender he may not be up to the task of stopping the striker from finding the net.

One area in which the centre-back will have the advantage is when the ball is in the air as he wins over twice as many aerial duels as Grant.

Of course, playing out from the back is key for a Bielsa side, but Grant’s pressing may cause problems.

The striker makes 0.5 interceptions per game, and while that doesn’t sound all that great that’s a decent tally for a striker. In comparison, Patrick Bamford is often praised for his pressing, yet he hasn’t made an interception all season.

That means that Berardi will be under pressure to make sure his passing is at its best against Huddersfield, and his pass success rate of 83.2 per cent suggests that there’s a chance for Grant to take advantage of any wayward balls from the defender.

Leeds United went 11 points clear of third place on Tuesday evening as they dispatched Hull City in a 2-0 win while Nottingham Forest, Fulham and Bristol City all dropped points.

While going that far clear of dropping out of the automatic promotion places would be reason to celebrate for most fanbases, the Elland Road faithful aren’t your normal set of supporters.

It’s been almost 16 years since Leeds were in the top-flight, and for the majority of that time, supporters of the Yorkshire club have seen nothing but misery.

Understandably, a number of fans still carry a pessimistic attitude as they were unwilling to celebrate going so far clear of their rivals.

To be honest, you can’t blame the fanbase for being a bit nervous in this situation as they’ve seen it all too many times before.

The Whites have a reputation for ‘falling apart again’ for a reason, and it’s down to the fact that they’ve been known to bottle these types of situations.

The video shows Paradise under the lights, with a great pre-match light show before kick-off as thousands of fans inside the stadium sing ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’. It is a great clip to highlight the Hoops’ home support at its finest and it gave one Celtic fan “goosebumps” when watching it.

With fans across the globe not being able to watch their team play as football is currently postponed, it is videos like these that get supporters eager for a return to action. The Celts will likely be even more excited than most to return to their ground as there will surely be a celebration to savour as they were awarded their ninth Premiership title in a row this week by the SPFL, via STVnews.

As well as winning the title, it means that they will advance to the qualifiers of the Champions League, a competition in which they hope to reach the group stage this time after dropping into the Europa League this campaign, per Transfermarkt.

الفريق الأول لكرة اليد رجال بالنادي الأهلي، نجح في التتويج ببطولة كأس الكؤوس الإفريقية للمرة الرابعة في تاريخه، وذلك بعد الفوز على وداد سمارة في المباراة النهائية بنتيجة 29-24.

وقال طارق محروس في تصريحات خاصة لـ “بطولات”: “النادي الأهلي يمتلك جيلا قويا من اللاعبين والذين تعاهدوا على الفوز باللقب من أجل الجماهير ووفوا بوعدهم”.

وأكمل: “نتطلع لحصد المزيد من البطولات وبطولة إفريقيا للأندية أبطال الكؤوس لن تكون الأخيرة”.
