ونشر مرتضى منصور عبر حسابه الرسمي على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي “فيسبوك”: “أصدرت محكمة الاستئناف الاقتصادية الدائرة الأولى برئاسة معالي المستشار ادهم فهيم وعضوية الساده المستشارين وليد أبو الحسن ومحمد البيطار وحنان دحروج حكما نهائيًا ببراءة المستشار مرتضى منصور من قذف وسب وإزعاج ونشر أخبار كاذبة عن الكابتن محمود الخطيب رئيس النادي الأهلي”.

وتابع: “وآخرون وهم العامري فاروق وخالد مرتجي ومحمد الدماطي ومحمد جمال الجارحي ومحمد زكريا ومحمد سعد الدين مرجان مدير النادي الأهلي السابق”.

وأضاف: “كانت محكمة القاهرة الاقتصادية الدائرة الأولى جنح اقتصادية كانت قد أصدرت بتاريخ 21 ديسمبر 2021 برئاسة معالي المستشار أحمد عبد القهار زهوي، وعضوية معالي المستشارين محمد يوسف وخالد أبو زينة حكما سابقا ببراءة المستشار مرتضى منصور من سب وقذف محمود الخطيب وباقي الأسماء السابقة”.

وأردف: “كان محمد عثمان، محامي النادي الأهلي ومحمود الخطيب وباقي المبلغين قد تقدموا ببلاغ إلى معالي المستشار حمادة الصاوي، النائب العام في 10 سبتمبر 2019 أي منذ 3 سنوات تقريبا ادعوا فيه أن المستشار مرتضى منصور قذف وسب المجني عليهم ونشر أخبارًا كاذبة عنهم، حيث اتهمهم بأنهم تلقوا من السيد المستشار تركي آل الشيخ عددًا كبيرًا من الساعات الثمينة والقيمة والتي تقدر قيمتها بحوالي 10 ملايين جنيه واحتفظوا بها لهم ولأسرهم”.

وأوضح: “كما تلقى الكابتن محمود الخطيب مبلغ 263 مليون جنيه من المستشار تركي آل الشيخ بغرض صرفها على أمور تخص النادي ولكنه أخذها لنفسه، ما دفع المستشار تركي آل الشيخ لتقديم بلاغ لنيابة الأموال العامة العليا اتهم فيه الكابتن محمود الخطيب بالاستيلاء على هذا المبلغ لنفسه والتهرب منه، كما تلقى مبلغ 6 ملايين جنيه مصري قبل الانتخابات التي كان ينافسه فيها السيد محمود طاهر”.

وأكد: “ولقد انتهت المحكمة اليوم في حكمها بقبول استئناف النيابة العامة شكلا وفي الموضوع برفضه والحكم ببراءة المستشار مرتضى منصور وبعدم جواز استئناف الكابتن محمود الخطيب وألزمت الخطيب بالمصاريف واتعاب المحاماة”.

وصرح مرتضى منصور أنه يتمني أن يكون هذا الحكم هو نهاية النزاع غير المبرر الذي اصطنعه الكابتن محمود الخطيب حفاظا على استقرار وطننا مصر وبعدا عن المهاترات وغلق هذه الصفحة لأن بلدنا مصر في حاجة إلى الهدوء وعدم افتعال المعارك الوهمية.

O nome não é nada comum, mas talvez seja um dos mais falados entre a torcida do São Paulo desde que 2017 começou. Shaylon Kallyson Cardozo, catarinense de 19 anos, é a grande promessa do Tricolor para esta temporada e tenta explicar as razões para tanta badalação entre os torcedores e para ter sido promovido ao elenco profissional pelo técnico Rogério Ceni.

-A empolgação da torcida é normal. Nosso ano foi muito bom na base e por isso a torcida fica muito feliz com a gente. Tem que ter um pouquinho de calma, conquistar nosso espaço aos poucos e com o pé no chão. Tem muito jogador bom aqui.Eu trabalho firme no campo e o Rogério vem dando muitas dicas. Faço meu papel e fico feliz pelo reconhecimento – destacou a joia.

Mas e esse nome, Shaylon, qual a origem dele?

-Shaylon é diferente mesmo, minha mãe ousou (risos). Ela queria uma coisa diferente e não sai de onde saiu essa inspiração toda. E Kallyson é segundo nome ainda, ou seja, ela ousou em dobro – brincou.

Em seu último ano de base, quando ainda não pensava em ser promovido por Ceni, Shaylon ganhou a camisa 10 e mais responsabilidades. Respondeu com protagonismo: artilharia da equipe com 23 gols e da Copa do Brasil com seis. E sempre presente nas decisões, com tentos nas duas finais do torneio nacional e na primeira do título do Campeonato Paulista. O perfil goleador agora é trunfo para cavar uma vaga na equipe titular.

-Eu gosto muito de fazer gol, de chegar na área e chutar. Fico feliz de marcar os gols.Onde o Rogério me colocar estou disposto a jogar. A concorrência é grande em todos os setores do campo, o time vem forte e o Rogério prepara todos de forma igual.Eu tenho a cabeça muito boa, sou muito tranquilo e tenho que continuar desse jeito, trabalhando em campo – explicou.

Como foi o processo de compra pelo São Paulo? E por que você decidiu pegar 35% dos direitos econômicos da Chapecoense ? (Nota da redação: o Tricolor ficou com 50% e os catarinenses com 15%)
Foi muito bom, fiquei muito feliz com a renovação. Era o que eu queria.Essa ideia (de comprar os próprios direitos) vinha de muito tempo, mas não sei o motivo. Não sei explicar.

Você já ajudou a Chape nesta transação, mas pode ajudar mais em uma futura venda. Como se sente com isso após a tragédia?
No momento não penso nisso, em sair. Penso em me firmar e fazer uma história bonita aqui. Depois, se um dia acontecer isso, será bom para mim, para o São paulo e para a Chapecoense. Se for bom para todos, que aconteça.

Qual sua origem no futebol?
Jogava futsal na minha cidade e nas cidades vizinhas, até que passei em um teste na Chapecoense e fiquei dois anos lá. Depois vim para o São Paulo e aprendi demais aqui. Agora quero mostrar tudo o que sei no profissional.

Sua família já está em São Paulo?
Minha família é de Santa Catarina, eu moro sozinho no CT. É difícil, mas temos que passar por isso como jogador de futebol. Sou filho único e meus pais sempre me incentivaram. Eles devem estar muito orgulhosos de mim.

However, from the organisation of the national team down to grass roots level, changes are being made. One of the most radical is taking place on the south coast, where Hampshire are in the process of launching a public offer for investment in the company that operates its new ground – the Hampshire Rose Bowl.Chief executive Graham Walker feels that the investment opportunity will appeal to a wide spectrum from the hard-nosed businessman to the Hampshire cricket enthusiast who wants to take an active role in helping the club achieve it’s ambitions.”We know from talking to our own members that there is a significant level of interest in investing in the club,” he said. “Each of our existing 4,839 members is now a shareholder, but there is a preparedness by both existing members and potentially new members to become significant investors in the business going forward.”The actual investment will be in Rose Bowl PLC, of which Hampshire cricket is but one part. The business is more than just cricket, however. It includes the golf course, driving range, fitness centre, as well as a hospitality and outdoor event catering business which has just been acquired. The whole site consists of 150 acres, with some 40 acres available for additional commercial development, so it does have prospects.Walker is not looking for a bit of loose change here. “We’re hoping to raise £5 million, with a minimum of £2.4 million. We obviously did this after a great deal of consideration and we think it is the way forward. It allows us to accelerate our plans in terms of the development of the site as an international venue, and allows us to finish the job.”When the time is right, the company is likely to be floated. That will be a first for cricket, for although Durham formed as a limited company, like Hampshire, they are essentially a cricket club whereas Rose Bowl PLC will offer a much wider portfolio of interests. They are talking about a major leisure and entertainment venue with many attendant opportunities at the one venue.”Rose Bowl is more robust from that point of view, with the catering interest as well. That has already written a million pounds worth of business outside of the Rose Bowl complex at places like the Southampton Boat Show, polo at Windsor, rugby at Twickenham where we provide catering services.”One thing investors will be interested in as the background of those involved, and Walker is proud of a c.v. that includes ten years running the commercial marketing operation with the Football League, and more recently chief executive of Sale Sharks – the rugby club that he sold to new investors, and was commercial marketing director of the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff. So he is not exactly wanting in a track record.Coupled with chairman Rod Bransgrove’s successful business background, everything appears to be in place to give the project a good start. Certainly the confidence is there, and there is no consideration of failure. It is just that the success of this public offer will determine the pace at which the Rose Bowl project can be completed. Not whether it will or it won’t be completed, just when. Neste sábado, CBR foi ao Frasqueirão em disputa contra o ABC, pela liderança do Grupo D da Copa do Nordeste. Apesar de jogo rápido com bons lances, os times empataram em 0 a 0. Assim, o ABC assumiu a liderança, com cinco pontos, seguido pelo vice-líder CBR, com quatro pontos.

O empate foi motivo de comemoração no final da partida. O ABC, que fez belas jogadas e acertou uma bola no travessão, não conseguiu aumentar a diferença, mas o único ponto conquistado fez o clube chegar à liderança do grupo.

O lateral-direito ainda comenta que o foco do CBR é continuar líder do grupo a do estadual.

West Bromwich Albion are interested in a deal to bring Jerry Yates to The Hawthorns this summer.

What’s the talk?

That’s according to a report by The Sun, who claim that the managerless Baggies are one of a number of Championship sides keeping a very close eye on the Blackpool centre-forward ahead of a potential move in the summer transfer window.

The report goes on to state that Neil Critchley’s side would demand a fee of £5m in order to part with the 24-year-old, who has two years remaining on his current contract at Bloomfield Road.

Lai must move

With West Brom’s search to appoint Sam Allardyce’s successor dragging on for a rather unexpected amount of time, in addition to the club recently parting ways with technical and sporting director Luke Dowling, Guochuan Lai is running the very real risk of being left behind by the Baggies’ Championship rivals regarding the club’s summer transfer business.

And, considering just how impressive Yates was for Blackpool last season, it would appear as if the striker is a talent that West Brom simply cannot afford to miss out on.

Indeed, over his 47 League One appearances for the Tangerines last term, the £2.1k-per-week striker scored 21 goals, registered eight assists and created six big chances for his teammates, as well as taking an average of 1.9 shots and making one key pass per game.

These metrics saw the former Rotherham United man earn a seasonal SofaScore match rating of 6.99, ranking him as Critchley’s sixth-best performer in the third tier of English football, with the 24-year-old’s returns playing a huge role in Blackpool going on to secure promotion to the Championship.

Yates also impressed in the Seasiders’ FA Cup run, scoring a further two goals and providing one assist in the competition, taking his total number of goals to 23 and his number of assists to nine in 2020/21.

As such, with West Brom hoping to secure an immediate return to the Premier League next season, the addition of a proven goalscorer such as Yates would appear to provide the Baggies with a huge boost to their chances of going on to achieve this feat.

So, regardless of the fact that West Brom do not currently have a manager, it would appear highly advisable for Lai to sanction a move for the man whom Critchley dubbed an “outstanding” player as soon as possible, or else he risks seeing one of Albion’s Championship rivals pinch the striker from under his side’s nose.

Liverpool have signed Ghanaian youngster Fatawu Issahaku ‘despite suggestions to the contrary’, according to Anfield Central.

The lowdown

17-year-old Issakahu was named Player of the Tournament after helping Ghana to win the 2021 Under-20 Africa Cup of Nations.

Issahaku, who’s been playing for Steadfast FC in his homeland, scored two goals and showcased an ‘artistry of the ball’ (via CAF) and has been described as an ‘incredible’ dribbler with a ‘wicked left foot’.

James Pearce, Liverpool correspondent for The Athletic, tweeted earlier this week that suggestions Liverpool had signed Issahaku and loaned him to Portuguese outfit Sporting Libson were wide of the mark.

Pearce claimed that he has instead joined Sporting permanently, with the Reds ‘adamant that they have no involvement’.

A ‘senior source’ has now told Anfield Central that Liverpool have in fact made arrangements to sign the teenager.

It will apparently cost them just over €1million (£860,000) to do the deal.

He will ply his trade at Sporting ‘for as long as it takes him’ to secure a UK work permit, at which point he can head to Anfield.

The verdict

Issahaku looks an outstanding talent, simply a class above his peers at youth level judging by a compilation recently released on Twitter (via Watch LFC).

If he is Liverpool-bound, then he could form part of the Reds’ next generation alongside the likes of Harvey Elliott.

Tellingly, another global footballing giant in Manchester United were also said to be after him. His exploits at the Under-20 AFCON tournament seem to have grabbed plenty of attention, so he’ll certainly be a name to keep an eye on over the coming years, assuming Anfield Central’s source is indeed correct.

وأضاف: “يجذب المدافعين إليه، هذه صفة لا يستطيع كل اللاعبين القيام بها، المدافعون يكرهون أيضا اللعب ضده”.

وواصل تصريحاته: “لماذا يغير ليفربول في لاعبيه بالتشكيل الأساسي؟!، طالما يحققون الفوز، هذه هي طريقتهم التي تجعلهم يفوزون بكل المباريات تقريبا”.
